Therapy for the patterns beneath the problem

The same fight in a dozen different forms.
The thing no one says out loud.
The boundary you keep meaning to set.
The need that never quite gets met.

This is where we start.

A deserted shopping street with retail stores, decorative street lamps, and a person walking on the crosswalk under a cloudy sky.

Do something different

Even if you have worked to better understand yourself, you might still end up stuck in the same unhappy places over and over again. It’s hard to give up the old ways we learned to protect ourselves. Together we can explore what you want to keep carrying—and what you’re ready to put down.

Change what keeps happening between you

Whether every conversation turns into the same fight or you haven’t talked about the real problem in years—it can be hard to remember that you’re on the same side. I’ll help you find your way back to each other so you can start talking about what really matters.

Let go of what your family has outgrown

You might be overwhelmed by parenting, trying not to repeat patterns you grew up with, or hoping to have new kind of relationship with your parents now they you’re all adults. Together we’ll figure out what works and what your family has outgrown so you can make room for new ways of being together.

Why “Things Unsaid”?

Some of the most important parts of our lives are the things we never quite put into words: the conversations we avoid, the needs we do not know how to ask for, the grief we minimize, the stories we inherit, and the patterns we repeat without fully understanding why.

Therapy gives us a place to notice what has been sitting beneath the surface—not to assign blame, but to understand what has been protected, what has been passed down, and what may be ready to change.

Those are the things unsaid.

You can know something needs to change without knowing what to do next.
